Adirondacks trip
Here’s the route we’ll be taking for our trip to the Adirondacks. It’s our first time going, so we found a trip off of Everytrail.com with easy parking and a looped trail. The trail is only 7 or 8 miles (total loop), but there are a bunch of trails that go off of it so we can make it longer, to accommodate the 3 nights we’ll be spending there.

Bonnaroo 2010: Day 2
We got back our camp at around 5am…which sucks because the sun goes up in an hour or so, and you’re not going to sleep when that happens. I opened the car door where Kate was sleeping, she looked at me…covered in glow stick juice, sweaty, face painted…and asked “WHAT did you guys DO!?”, to which I replied “Kate, I couldn’t begin to explain what happened in there.”

Bonnaroo 2010: Day 1
I do remember how the first night ended, though. I remember drinking a lot inside Centeroo, seeing some bands that I never heard of…then I got some food and at that point I was awake for 24 hours, getting drunk and sleepy after eating. I lied down in some grass on the side of a tent so I could rest and listen to music…passed out for 10 minutes…and my buddy woke me up to go to the porta-potties. When I stood up, I realized how out of it I was…how tired I was…

0kt0b3rf3$t is coming!
I’m not sure why I made Oktoberfest in l33t sp33k or why I change the C to a K…or even why it’s called Oktoberfest (I just made up a name for my personal October events)…but it’s coming pretty damn close to October, considering I wait for this month all year. Every weekend in October, I’ll be headed out to as many haunted houses as I can…culminating with the Haunted Catacombs at the end. The idea is to get as drunk/high as possible before going in, keeping your cool and just enjoying the scenery.
